VivMetric content is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may print scorecards for your own reference. You may not republish, resell, or systematically scrape the site, or present its summaries as official determinations.

No warranty

The site and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. VivMetric does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose, and is not liable for any decision made on the basis of its content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VivMetric and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including any recruiting, medical, or employment outcome.

Intellectual property

Service names, marks, and regulations referenced belong to their respective owners. VivMetric retains rights to its original presentation, code, and compiled reference data.

Acceptable use

You may use the calculators and reference pages for personal, educational, and professional purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades availability for other visitors, present the compiled reference data as your own product, or use the site in a way that misrepresents an estimate as an official determination. Because the calculations run on your device, the data you work with remains your responsibility alone.

Not a substitute for an official assessment

Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, an official body-composition determination, a benefits decision, or a legal opinion. The pages explain published standards and reproduce published methods so that the reasoning can be checked. Where a decision carries administrative, medical, or financial consequences, the authority that makes that decision is the source that governs, and this site is not a party to it.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
